While it's Ideal to work privately with a coach for a number of months to explore & create lasting transformation in life, committing to a 3 - 6 month program can sometimes feel out of reach for a variety of reasons. I prefer to work closely with clients over a number of months, but I also I want the benefits of private coaching to be available to those that want it, even if a longer program currently feels out of reach.

What Are YOU Ready To Transform?

Here’s what you get:

  • We start with a 20 minute call where we clarify and strategize exactly where you want to make a shift in your life so we are clear on your focus and are ready to hit the ground running at your first 1/2 hour session. 
  • You will receive 4, half hour, private sessions with me. Your session will be scheduled the same day & time each week for a month. These sessions can be via phone or video conferencing, whichever your preference is. 
  • Since these are shorter 1/2 hour sessions and we want you to make a shift in one month, these sessions will be a little less exploratory in talking things out and far more solution focused, action step focused, and accountability focused. 
  • In the sessions we will focus on the specific area of your life that you are wanting to create a shift in.
  • I will support you in creating a plan to make the transformations you want.
  • We will focus on creating solutions & specific action steps for you to follow through with.
  • When or if road blocks arise, I’ll support you in finding solutions and removing them.
  • You’ll leave each session with clear & specific action steps that I will support you in following through with, and hold you accountable in doing so at our next session.
  • All of these components set you up for success in creating a positive shift in an area of your life that you are craving.
  • Chances are, changing one area of your life will create a ripple effect of positive change in all other areas as well.
