Do you want to feel a deeper sense of balance in your life?
We can all feel overwhelmed and unbalanced in areas of life. It can feel hard to find the clarity to navigate what you can focus on to make life feel more balanced on your own.
This will be a relaxing, fun, & supportive environment for you to gain some clarity and explore where and what changes will make the biggest positive impact for you in creating balance in your life! When you create a feeling of balance in your life, everything feels better!
This 4-hour workshop will consist of 2 parts:
The first part of the workshop, you will be led through a guided visualization meditation focused on creating life balance. We’ll have some discussion on meditation to open, then you can sit or lay down, close your eyes, and be guided through a full-body relaxation, and a guided visualization meditation with plenty of time to relax and do some inner work. We can gain so much clarity from this exploratory work, and have powerful personal experiences, along with the relaxation benefit of meditation. No previous experience with meditation required, only a willingness to relax and have an open mind and heart. When the meditation ends, there will be a quiet time to journal your experience while it is fresh in your mind. We will then circle up to share, connect, and support each other in processing the experience.
In the second part of this workshop, you’ll be led through a fun, creative, & eye-opening exercise for you to get a clear picture of how balanced or unbalanced all the different areas of your life are, and explore what simple steps you can start taking to find more balance, fulfillment, & happiness in your days! We simply can’t take on all of the change in life that we would like to at once. This exercise will help you to get crystal clear on where to start so that creating balance in your life feels fun, rather than overwhelming.
My intention is for you to walk away from this workshop feeling a deep sense of clarity on what steps you need to take to create a sense of life balance, knowing that these steps do not need to feel overwhelming to make a great impact on your life. You will walk away feeling inspired to take these steps and have some support & accountability in following through so that the work you do here can be fully integrated into your life.
What to bring: (I will have all of the following available for your use at the workshop, but if you would like to bring your own, please feel free)
Yoga matt, blanket, or pillows for getting comfortable to lay down for the meditation portion (You are also welcome to sit)
a journal or notebook
colored pencils or markers
