Stress! We've ALL got it. Sometimes more than others, and it affects every aspect of life. Stress affects our health and wellbeing far more than we realize.
Have you ever heard the saying "Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how we deal with it."?
My intention in this workshop is for you to gain a true understanding of how stress affects your body & your health, to share ways that we can reduce stress in our lives, and to learn simple & practical ways to better deal with the stressors in your life that aren't going away. We may not always be able to control what happens, but we can control how we deal with it.
