Feel like you have a sugar addiction? Join the club....you are definitely not alone. Are you wanting to create a healthier way of being the in the new year? Then this is a great workshop for you!
Reducing the amount of sugar you take in is one of the best changes you can make for your health & well being.
The intention of this workshop is to change your relationship with sugar through understanding sugar addiction, how it affects our health & our moods, understanding the cravings and getting a handle on how to reduce them. You'll learn where sugar is hidden in foods you may eat all the time and get an idea of how much sugar you are really eating as well as how much it may be negatively affecting you.
We'll also discuss what sugar alternatives are not healthy for our bodies and work against us, and which alternatives are healthier choices for us to indulge in so that you can easily make better choices for your health.
Knowledge is power! This is a very eye-opening workshop, meant to educate and bring awareness, making it much easier to create change in how you eat, leading to you feeling healthier & more energetic!
Join us! I look forward to seeing you!
The cost for this workshop is $20
