A Little Bit of My Story with Body Love...

I’ve walked a long path in this arena myself (and continue to). Like so many women, my body insecurities began when I was young. My earliest memory of feeling insecure in my body dates back to when I was just 6 years old. As I grew older and began learning about healthy eating, I gravitated toward extreme diets and cleanses, all in the name of health... But deep down, my motivation was rooted in a desire to change my body’s shape and size. These rigid regimens left me disconnected from my body, ignoring its needs in favor of rules that didn’t truly serve me. At one point, I became even slightly underweight, and I still wasn’t happy with my body. That's the moment I realized that a number on the scale was never going to bring me the feeling of love for my body that I wanted—I had different work to do.

I went from a place of extreme diets, restriction, and disconnection to discovering the profound impact of letting love guide my actions.

I’ve learned to embrace a healthier, more mindful approach to body love that has become second nature to me. 

Through my own transformation and years of coaching others, I’ve seen firsthand that the real work in loving your body comes from within—through actions rooted in love, not through restrictive measures or self-criticism. I’ve developed a toolkit of practices that allow me to nourish myself with love and enjoy a balanced, joyful life.

Now, I’m here to share these tools with you. I’ll support and empower you to cultivate a loving relationship with your body through simple, powerful actions. Together, we’ll make loving your body not just a goal, but a way of life. I would love to support you on your journey.

Get cozy and prepare to be guided into deep relaxation. From this peaceful state, you’ll be led through a visualization designed to help you cultivate love for your body. We'll take time to journal and share after the meditation.  No prior meditation experience is necessary—just a willingness to relax, listen, and follow along. 

Shelly has guided hundreds of women through powerful group meditations, and this session will be a valuable bonus that deeply supports the work you’re doing in the program.

I'm a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and certified Transformational Life Coach. 

I help women develop a sustainable healthy lifestyle so that they can feel as vibrant as they deserve to feel in their lives.
