The Focus For This Month's Workshop:

"Intention-Setting Visualization: Embracing How You Want to Feel in the New Year"

Take some time to relax deeply and immerse yourself in a serene lakeside setting within your mind’s eye. This guided visualization will help you connect with your inner self, gain clarity on how you want to feel in the year ahead, and set meaningful intentions to bring those feelings to life.

It makes no difference if you are an experienced meditator or have no experience at all.

The only requirement is to be willing to get cozy, close your eyes, and listen as you are guided on an inner journey. 

When you take the time to go within, miraculous things can happen.

Arrive, Introduce, Connect, Prepare.

As you arrive into the Zoom room we'll open with a quick introduction from everyone so that you can connect with the people you will be sharing space with. I'll take a moment to give some guidance, and tips, and answer any questions before we begin. 

Get Cozy, Relax, Journey Within. 

You will be given a few moments to turn your camera off, get yourself settled into a cozy & quiet place in your home, and then be guided through a full-body relaxation, and visualization meditation. The meditation will last approximately 30-40 minutes. 

Record, Share, Connect.

When the meditation has finished, you will take about 10 minutes to journal what you remember from your inner journey while it's fresh in your mind. We will then turn the cameras back on, connect as a group, and share something about our experience. This always benefits the whole group.

There's nothing I'm more passionate about than personal growth, self-care, and wellness. It’s been an evolving journey that I’ve dedicated myself to for more than 2 decades. 

I'm a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and certified Transformational Life Coach. 

I support the people I work with in many ways to develop a vibrant, healthy, and fulfilled life. 

Visualization meditation has been one of the most impactful tools for me on my own personal journey, and it's something I've always loved to share.

It's so powerful to do this work within a group. These visualization meditation workshops have been a favorite of mine to facilitate over the years, and a favorite for the attendees too!
